Blocking achievements
To prevent access to certain achievements (progress), GTA 4 has the appropriate commands. These commands are recommended to be used after the entire game has passed or you have simply received the necessary achievements. In order not to screw up an important save, for example, if you accidentally activate one of the codes, you should not save before disabling the unnecessary command.
Unpleasant numbers:
- Code 482-555-0100 – the following achievements will be blocked: “Mean Streets”, “Walk Free”, “One Man Army”.
- Code 362-555-0100 – the following achievements will be blocked: “Mean Streets”, “Finish Him and One Man Army”.
- Code 486-555-0100 – achievement will be blocked: “Mean Streets”.
- The code 486-555-0150 also blocks the same “Mean Streets” achievement.
- Code 267-555-0100 – achievements will be blocked: “Walk Free”, “One Man Army”.
- Code 938-555-0100 – the “Walk Free” achievement is blocked.
- Code 359-555-0100 – block of the following achievements: “Walk Free”, “One Man Army”.

The Lost and Damned is a GTA 4 addition that came out second and brought new cheat codes. All commands of the basic version continue to be activated like clockwork.
