MINUSES:

Previously, for example, it was not possible to pay for Maestro of Sber Bank. What is this connected with?

It’s just that Sberbank cares so much about our safety that the function of paying online using a maestro card is simply not available. Sadness of course, but what to do.

Now I can’t say that this oversight has been eliminated 100%.

Try the next method, you might like it better.

Payment using WebMoney Check.

  • We find a terminal that is located at every store, and see if you can pay for Web Money there.

  • We put our money into this devil's machine. (We put money down). Don't forget about the commission.

  • We save the receipt until the money arrives in the account.

MINUSES: Web Money is the most sophisticated payment system. Yes, she is protected, but too much. But moments of anger, irritation and questions about why it doesn’t work, this is what haunts every owner of this payment card.

How to pay for purchases on Aliexpress via Western Union.

This method is also not the most convenient, but it is certainly easier than Web Money. (I just don’t like web money, so what can I say).

After we get to the payment window, in which we are asked to select a payment system.

Select "Other payment methods".

In the window that opens, carefully copy onto a piece of paper what will be in the table.

Payment number, recipient, etc.

Now we need to go to the nearest branch where there is Western Union, and there are many places, here is the link to the map: http://maps.westernunion.ru/

And when you come to the department, say that you need to pay the details and show what you wrote off from the table.

CONS: THIS IS A COMMISSION. Sometimes it’s even very good. And therefore it is not profitable to pay cheap. And 90% of Aliexpress users buy cheap ones.

See the commission plate for yourself.

Pay for purchases from Aliexpress through Qiwi Wallet.

I like this method the most.

We find a payment terminal, select Qiwi Visa Wallet, enter money.

We get to the payment system selection menu.

We need Qiwi Wallet.

Enter a valid phone number linked to your Qiwi wallet.

In this window you must enter your Qiwi password.

And click “Continue”.

How do we want to pay:

1) Qiwi account.

2) Via the terminal.

3) Via telephone.

4) Bank card.

5) WebMoney.

The easiest and most convenient way is from a Qiwi Visa Valet account. Or point 2 - through the terminal.

I will show you the 1st method:

Select Visa Qiwi Wallet Account Commission 0%.

We look at the value of the account we need, which has money in it.

"Pay" button.

Now our phone, to which the Qiwi wallet is linked, will receive an SMS message with a temporary password, which will need to be entered in the window that opens.

If you haven’t received your password, click “resend password.” Usually arrives quickly, within 1 minute in 90% of cases.

If everything was done correctly, your payment will be accepted for processing.

How to pay for purchases on Aliexpress using Yandex Money?

First you need to create this very Yandex wallet. https://money.yandex.ru/

Money can be transferred to it at any payment terminal that Yandex accepts.

After you logged into your personal account, your cart, delivery address - you filled it all out/passed through.

Choose Yandex money.

And we have 2 types of payment:

It is better to pay directly through Yandex. It is more comfortable.

Here we need to enter a payment password, which we should have remembered when registering a Yandex wallet.

And Voola! On Aliexpress your order has been paid!

Now here's a piece of truth.

Actually, when paying with several payment cards, there is a small commission, this is a percentage when converting currencies, for example, on Ali it will be written that they will charge you 1000 rubles, but in fact they will charge you 1010 rubles, this is due to the fact that the purchase is paid in dollars and on Aliexpress the rate is one and the payment invoice is different, naturally payment systems will not be in the red

If you found this article useful, you can browse my blog and you will find a lot of useful information.

How to cancel an order on Aliexpress after payment

If you change your mind about purchasing a product or find a similar one much cheaper, in some cases, the order can be canceled.
First you need to contact the seller and explain the situation to him; communication on the site is carried out through personal messages in English. If the package with the goods has not been sent, the seller cancels the transaction and returns the funds. If the parcel has already been sent, it is impossible to cancel the order.

The seller sends the goods only after the buyer made a full prepayment, so receiving a parcel by cash on delivery from the Aliexpress website is impossible. Delivery to the destination, except in the far north, is carried out completely free of charge through Russian Post offices. ? In this case, you need to act based on the situation.

When you have already decided on the product and selected all its parameters (color, delivery method, quantity), it’s time to find out how to pay for Aliexpress.

For buyers from Ukraine, Russia and Belarus, there are several main methods, the most common of which is payment by card. In this article we will look at how to deposit money for an order in a Chinese store.

But here we immediately need to mention one important nuance. Payment in the AliExpress online store is made immediately upon purchase. You cannot make post-payment once you have already received the goods. Money must be paid when you confirm the purchase. But don’t be afraid, everything is absolutely safe. Fraudulent schemes are excluded thanks to a well-thought-out system that operates on the site.

Before paying for the goods directly, check whether everything was indicated correctly. First of all, this concerns the delivery address and product details. You can edit the address or add another additional one:

Order details that are worth checking are indicated on the screen below:

  1. product description;
  2. product color;
  3. your comment (if necessary);
  4. delivery method;
  5. number of product units;
  6. the total amount of the order.

If everything is correct, we can go to the “Payment methods on Aliexpress” tab.

If you don’t know how to do this, read the article How to create a Privatbank Internet card.

In our example, we pay with a hryvnia Privat24 card. You can also use a card from any other bank, regardless of where you live: in Ukraine, Russia or Belarus. The main thing is that there are sufficient funds in the account.

When paying you must indicate (see image above):

  1. card number (16 digits)

  3. card expiration date, month and year while it is valid
  4. cardholder's first and last name

In fact, this is the same as paying for Aliexpress through Privat24, but you don’t have to go to the Privatbank service itself. Here's what the details of ordering inexpensive headphones using a hryvnia card look like:

Here you can see how much was withdrawn from the card in dollars (1), the conversion rate (2), and how much was withdrawn from the account when paying in hryvnia.

After receiving the payment, you will also receive an order processing notification to your email. Paying by card on Aliexpress is the best and easiest option.

How to pay Aliexpress in cash

If you don't have a bank card, there are other payment options at a Chinese store. If you are an active Internet user, then payment via Webmoney is suitable for you. But people are wondering how Aliexpress cash payment is possible.

There is such a way too. To do this, you need to use the options of bank transfer (Banktransfer), or transfer through the Western Union system. In both cases, the minimum order amount must be at least $20, while you can pay with a card even for items with a price of $1.

To order and pay for goods without a card, but through a transfer, you must first receive a special code that will be provided by the online store. Then this code must be communicated to the bank employee who will serve you.

Card data security

When paying for any purchase on the Internet with a bank card, you need to exercise some caution so as not to lose your funds. AliExpress cares about the security of customer data and their cards. For this purpose, modern encryption methods are used and secure channels are used. However, clients should also follow a number of simple rules:

  1. Before entering your card number on Aliexpress, you must check the site address specified in the browser. It must end at aliexpress.com.
  2. You need to carefully study every SMS message from the bank. They indicate not only the transaction confirmation code, but also its amount, as well as the store that initiated the request. If there is a discrepancy in the data with the site, then you should not enter the code. It is better to call the bank that issued the card and ask for help from their support staff.
  3. Never, under any circumstances, disclose data from SMS from the bank to third parties. They are not needed by support staff, security personnel, Aliexpress sellers or others. Only scammers ask for them.

Yandex money

Yandex.Money is very popular in the Russian Federation due to its ease of use. Aliexpress also accepts payment using this system. Payment can be made using it in the following ways:

  1. Cash. They can be deposited through Sberbank terminals and in Svyaznoy stores. There is no transaction fee.
  2. With money already in your wallet.
  3. From a linked card. You can bind it right away.

It happens instantly and usually within 10 minutes Aliexpress sends an email confirming payment.

Qiwi Wallet

Qiwi wallet is the second most popular means of electronic payment in Russia. When making a payment, it is enough to indicate your wallet number. It corresponds to the mobile phone number associated with it. After this, you will be redirected to the QIWI website to confirm payment.

Funds from the Qiwi wallet arrive in AliExpress almost instantly and the order is already transferred to the seller for processing within 1-24 hours.

Webmoney

Another option for paying for goods on Aliexpress is to use the Webmoney e-wallet. The system will automatically convert the order value into US dollars. But you can make a payment from a wallet in any currency. The exchange will be carried out automatically at the Webmoney rate.

After choosing a payment method, you will be redirected to the website to confirm the payment. You will need to enter the code from SMS or confirm the payment via Enum.

Paypal

Aliexpress does not support accepting payments via Paypal from the Russian Federation. Instead, it is suggested to pay by card. Moreover, the payment can be made through your own AliPay gateway or using a card linked to the Yandex.Money e-wallet.

Aliexpress offers a variety of payment options to choose from

Transfer from mobile

Megafon, Tele2, MTS and Beeline subscribers can pay for goods on Aliexpress from their mobile phone account. To do this, after selecting the delivery address, you must:

  1. Specify the payment method – “Mobile payment”.
  2. Select a telecom operator.
  3. Enter your cell phone number.
  4. Receive SMS and confirm payment.

The operator may charge a commission for transferring funds. It will also be debited from your mobile phone account.

Western Union

The Aliexpress payment system will pay for your purchase via Western Union only if its value is from $20.01 to $5,000. The transfer can be made at any WU payment acceptance point, but only in US dollars. Other currencies are not supported, so you will have to spend extra due to the difference in rates.

The processing time for a Western Union transfer is 1-3 business days. Only after it has been processed will the order be processed and shipped.

Mall Aliexpress

In Russia there is a special section of the Aliexpress website - TMAIL. It presents items from famous brands with delivery from the Russian Federation and a guarantee from the official manufacturer. Due to the absence of the need to go through customs, the buyer receives the desired product much faster.

Payment for goods from the Aliexpress Mall is possible using a bank card, electronic money, or cash (via the Yandex.Money system). The purchase can also be made on credit or in installments through partner banks of the official store. Depending on the chosen payment method, processing can take from 1 minute to 3 business days. After successful confirmation of payment, the store will send a code to track the shipment.

Cash payment

Not all users trust their bank card data to Internet sites. Although Aliexpress guarantees complete security of information, alternative cash payment methods are still offered for wary customers.

When choosing cash payment, you must provide a mobile phone number. A payment code will be sent to it. If a refund is made, they will simply go to the balance of the mobile operator.

You can deposit money through the following partners:

  • Post office;
  • Messenger;
  • terminals Amigo, Free Cash Desk, MKB, etc.

Products arrive much faster through Tmall

An alternative way to pay for a purchase in cash is to use the Yandex.Money payment system. It allows you to make a payment using a wallet or card, or through the terminals of Sberbank and some other partners.

Another alternative option for paying in cash is to transfer funds through Western Union. But usually in the Russian Federation this option is completely inconvenient and is suitable only for a very small number of clients.

Payment from current account

Technically, Aliexpress supports payment by bank transfer from a bank account. To receive detailed instructions, you must select the Bank Transfer payment method. The order will be automatically converted into US dollars. You can pay it at any bank that allows you to make currency transactions. Payment processing may take up to 7 business days, only after which the order will be collected and shipped.

Customers from Russia may have difficulty making payments by bank transfer. It will actually be impossible to provide documents for currency control; in addition, you will have to spend money on significant commissions when sending money. It is usually much more convenient to simply pay with a card linked to your current account. This will avoid unnecessary costs.

Payment on delivery

Many users are accustomed to paying for purchases by cash on delivery, i.e. upon receipt of the goods. This allows you to avoid a situation where the seller takes the money and disappears. In Aliexpress you cannot pay for your order upon receipt. But the company guarantees that the money will be fully refunded if the goods do not arrive.

To get a refund, simply open a dispute if the purchases were not received within the timeframe specified by the seller. And when making a payment, you can use any available payment methods in Aliexpress Russia.

Conclusion

Knowing how you can pay for a purchase on Aliexpress, you can easily choose the most convenient and profitable payment option for yourself. This will make shopping in the largest online store even more profitable and interesting.

In it, we tried to describe in detail the entire purchasing process on Aliexpress, starting with product selection, payment and delivery. Today we’ll talk in more detail about payment methods for goods from Aliexpress.

Aliexpress is currently one of the largest trading platforms on the Internet. But since this store is Chinese, a beginner may have questions about the method of payment, delivery and other subtleties of “foreign” shopping. Since you are dealing with many different sellers, the price of the same item can vary greatly. The cost of the product and delivery conditions can be discussed with the seller, after viewing all the data about it. This is really worth using even before paying for the order. Write a message to the seller, ask for a discount or something as a gift, this is quite normal, although no one guarantees you any discounts.

So how can you pay on Aliexpress?

Today (at the time of writing, since everything is changing) there are several ways:

  • By MasterCard or VISA bank cards
  • Webmoney
  • Yandex money
  • Western Union
  • International bank transfer
  • Alipay

Note January 2017: Alipay is currently disabled for direct use by foreign citizens. However, mobile payment and cash through terminals, communication shops and Russian Post have been added to the payment methods.

Aliexpress is quite active in the Russian market. And every year they have something new. Including regarding payment methods. Two years ago some added Webmoney, this year (2014) they added Yandex Money. Therefore, the list of available methods may change.

Previously, a payment method was available through PayPal, but now this payment method is not available on Aliexpress.

The optimal method of payment on Aliexpress, in my opinion, now is payment with VISA or MasterCard bank cards.

Once you have decided on the product, having learned all the information you need about it, you can safely proceed directly to payment. A verification code will pop up in front of you, i.e. ordinary protection against a robot - enter it and click “place order”. In a few seconds, pages with payment types will open.

Here you can select the currency in which to calculate the order. In fact, no matter what payment method you choose, the conversion will be done automatically. If you pay with a ruble card, it is better to choose payment in rubles.

You can also choose the payment method that suits you. Just check this method from the menu.

The payment interface on Aliexpress changes quite often, so what you see now on Aliexpress when paying may differ from the screenshots in the article. This is not scary, the essence remains the same, as long as only the location of the buttons has changed and nothing else.

Payment on Aliexpress using bank cards

The advantages of paying with cards on Aliexpress are their widespread availability and availability. In Russia, now the majority already have cards and there can be no difficulties when paying with a card on Aliexpress, unless, of course, your card is intended for paying for purchases on the Internet. Some banks specifically block this possibility.

The disadvantage is primarily related to security when paying online in principle. If your card data gets into the hands of criminals, you may suffer significant losses. But this is a general problem of payment on the Internet; they relate to Aliexpress like any other site. And the recommendations are the same as everywhere else. Use a debit card, preferably one specifically designed for online payments.

Which cards are suitable for payment on Aliexpress?

VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards are suitable. It is worth noting some nuances:

  • Maestro social cards issued by Sberbank are intended for work in the Russian Federation and are not suitable for payment on Aliexpress
  • VISA Electron may or may not work with Ali. To find out if your card works, contact your bank. Only they can definitely say about the possibility of paying with your card abroad
  • Some banks, in principle, limit the possibility of paying with cards on the Internet. Justifying this with concern for customer safety, while not forgetting to offer the issuance of cards “especially for online payments” for an additional fee.
  • If you do not have a credit card, then you can issue a virtual card in a matter of minutes both in QIWI, Webmoney and in many other systems

You can quickly find all payment methods supported by Aliexpress in the form of payment system logos. In the list “They trust us.”

So, how to pay on Aliexpress using a bank card.

Choose the type of your card: VISA, MasterCard or Maestro. Enter the data from the card. If SMS confirmation is enabled for your card, confirm. All!

After payment, Aliexpress can verify your payment up to 24 hours. All this time, your order may still be unpaid. Don't worry - this is normal. Once payment is confirmed, the order processing time starts counting.

Payment using QIWI

The advantages of paying with QIWI follow from the disadvantages of paying on Aliexpress with cards. If you don’t have a card and don’t want to get one, if you are afraid to show your credit card with a large limit on the Internet (which is correct in principle), then please use QIWI. A quick way to register a wallet. Easy replenishment in various ways, including from a mobile phone account. Thousands of terminals for replenishing your wallet with cash throughout Russia and beyond. That is, if, for example, after reading articles on the site about shopping on Aliexpress, you are eager to buy, but there is no card, then thanks to QIWI you are separated from purchases not by 1-2 weeks and two trips to the bank for an issued card, but only 10 minutes by registration of a QIWI wallet and 5 minutes to replenish it. I practically don’t see any disadvantages here, except that if you have a debit card, then of course you don’t need QIWI.

The QIWI wallet number is your mobile phone number. Enter the number and pay. If you do not have a wallet in QIWI, then payment will be debited from your mobile phone account.

How to pay on Aliexpress using your mobile phone

On Aliexpress, as such, there is no direct option to pay for an order using a mobile phone. However, you CAN pay using your phone. To do this, select QIWI payment and enter your phone number. If you do not have a QIWI wallet, the money will be debited from your mobile phone account. The commission depends on your operator. In any case, it will be big. Therefore, I do not consider it reasonable to pay for an order on Aliexpress using a mobile phone.

Keep in mind that if you have to conduct a dispute, then the money returned under the dispute for an order paid through QIWI is returned not to the phone, but to the QIWI wallet.

Update from January 2017: At the moment you can pay for an Aliexpress order from your mobile phone account NOT using Qiwi.

Payment using Webmoney

Since July 2013, all purchases on Aliexpress can be paid using Webmoney. I pay for most orders on Aliexpress using Webmoney. This is a convenient and reliable payment system. But before you start using Webmoney, you need to create a wallet. For non-experienced users, this may seem difficult. If you don’t use Webmoney, then I don’t think it’s advisable to start it only for Aliexpress. But if you have a wallet, you use it, there are funds on it, then it will be perfect.

So, to pay for your order on Aliexpress using Webmoney, select this payment method:

Click pay and you will be transferred to the merchant:

If the dispute is won, the money is returned to the same wallet from which it was paid. In my experience this happens very quickly. Within 1-2 days after winning the dispute.

Payment on Aliexpress using Yandex Money

Payment by Yandex with money on Aliexpress appeared in July 2014. The addition of another system in itself, given the already existing QIWI and Webmoney, would not be so noteworthy if Yandex Money were not a structure of Sberbank. And thanks to this, we were promised that we would soon be able to pay for orders through Sberbank Online and Sberbank terminals.

Payment with Yandex Money is obvious. Select the Yandex Money payment item:

Here we select Yandex Money and follow the instructions. Now, in order to pay for foreign purchases through Yandex Money, you must be identified in Yandex Money. To do this, you must at least provide your passport details.

Payment on Aliexpress through Sberbank terminals

To pay for an order on Aliexpress through a Sberbank terminal, select the Yandex Money payment method. Then it's cash. You will be given a code that you will need to enter in the terminal. After paying for this code in the Sberbank terminal, your order will be paid for. At the time of writing this article, this function was working in test mode and I was unable to make a payment.

Some nuances when paying

Remember that you need to pay for the goods on Aliexpress within 24 days: this is a fairly decent period of time, which compares favorably with the conditions of many other online stores. If you do not have time to meet this period, the order will be cancelled.

Regardless of the payment method, Aliexpress verifies payments. This may take up to 24 hours after payment. During this time, your order may remain unpaid. Although the money will already be written off. Don't worry - this is normal.

You are given 48 hours to pay for your order in cash. But it's better to pay as quickly as possible. To exclude situations where you paid for the order, and while the money was on its way to Aliexpress, the order was closed due to the expiration of the payment period.

Buyer Protection on Aliexpress

To protect the buyer, Aliexpress offers the Escrow system. The principle of its operation is that after transferring money for a purchase, it is frozen in the account. Funds will be transferred to the seller only when you confirm receipt of the order, or after the specified delivery period has passed. This operating principle will protect you from losing money and secure all payments. If the buyer does not receive the goods within the period specified at the time of purchase, usually 15-50 days from the date of payment, then they can demand monetary compensation or even a full refund. In this case, you need to open a “dispute”.

A dispute is a form of communication involving the Aliexpress administration, which, after listening to the arguments of each party, decides who is right and accordingly returns the money to the buyer, or transfers it to the seller, depending on the situation, or offers to resolve the dispute in other ways. One way or another, you are well protected from direct deception.

The Aliexpress online store is a convenient platform for purchasing absolutely all types of goods, and after your first order you will see this from your own experience. Paying for goods on Aliexpress is no more difficult than in any Russian store, and buyer protection is reliable and guaranteed.

note

After the order on Aliexpress has been paid for, the seller begins to prepare it for shipment. This takes some time. Preparation time is indicated in the lot. After which the parcel is sent to the address you specified.

Note from January 2017: In 2016, Aliexpress hid the item in the lot about the timing of shipment of goods. This is very sad, because few buyers want to wait 60 days for shipment, such as . However, there is a service where this period can still be seen - this is:

Aliexpress scam

We have already written that Aliexpress is just a platform, and trading on it is carried out by individual independent sellers. Aliexpress cares about the safety of customers, but first of all, you yourself should take care of the safety of your money. Follow basic safety rules.

  • Never provide your payment information in correspondence with the seller (Credit card numbers, passwords, security codes, etc.). If a seller offers you compensation on your card and asks you to provide its details, this is a scammer.
  • Choose your seller carefully
  • Don't be fooled by the cheapness
