Well, as promised, no soldering iron was needed and everything was made from scrap materials. And the headphones that were not working were repaired and are now singing again.

Improving technology:

I propose to improve the technology a little, again without a soldering iron. You will have to buy heat-shrinkable tubing or thermal casing at an electronics store (also found in hardware stores). The point is that this is a tube that can shrink in diameter by at least half when heated. Such a tube costs about $0.1 - $0.2 per meter.

We will need two diameters, the first is about 1 mm and the second is 4-5 mm.

We put pieces of thin thermal tube on our twists. We cut off the pieces with a reserve.

I used a piece about 8 or even 10 cm long. To strengthen it, the end of the thermal tube was put directly on the rubber band of the connector.
