Let's try to figure out what a VGA adapter driver is and how to install it! A driver is software for the operation of equipment. And the abbreviation VGA stands for Video Graphics Array, which translated from English means video adapter. This is the designation for a specially designed video interface, so we are talking about installing software on this hardware component. - find and copy the device identifier value;
- paste the received data on the official website of the developers;
- find the name of the video adapter model for x64 and x32 among the search results, and then download the software.
You can complete the first step by accessing the Windows Device Manager, which has several different paths. We will describe just a few of them that use the Start menu (relevant for Windows 7):
- “Start” -> Right-click on the item “Computer” -> “Properties” -> “Device Manager”.
- “Start” –> Control Panel –> “Device Manager” (“System and Security” –> “System” –> “Device Manager”).
Then you will need to complete the following transitions and actions:

The remaining steps should not be difficult. For example, for the second one it is not even necessary to install a third-party browser - the built-in Internet Explorer will do.
